AMG Team — Terms and Conditions

SMS Messaging Program
The AMG Team SMS program is operated by Approved Capital Lending LLC, doing business as AMG Team. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. Depending on the consent you selected, messages may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and customer support and, where separately authorized, marketing messages about co-marketing materials, flyers and presentations, upcoming events and webinars, and agent resources.
Consent
SMS consent is voluntary. Marketing text-message consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Informational and marketing consent are collected separately, and we will send only the categories of SMS messages for which you provided consent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us and the type of messages you requested.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to messages you send to us. Contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
Opt-Out / Cancellation
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After we receive a valid STOP request, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will stop sending messages covered by this program.
Re-Enrollment
If you opt out and later wish to receive SMS messages again, you must provide new consent through our website form. Where supported, you may also reply START. We will not treat a prior opt-in as continuing after a valid opt-out.

Age Restriction
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in our SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Approved Capital Lending LLC DBA AMG Team, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile phone number provided.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS or MMS messages. Delivery may depend on carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, and other factors outside our control.
Privacy

Business Identity
AMG Team is a DBA of Approved Capital Lending LLC. References to AMG Team in these Terms refer to Approved Capital Lending LLC operating under that DBA.
